La Casetta, a property of LCMD Properties (collectively, “La Casetta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit StayLaCasetta.com, contact us, request a reservation, or make a direct booking.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, requested stay dates, number of guests, reservation details, messages, and other information you choose to share. When needed to complete a reservation, our payment provider may also collect billing and payment information.

Our website and service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as your device or browser type, IP address, and basic website activity.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, check availability, create and manage reservations, process payments and refunds, provide guest support, prevent fraud, comply with legal and tax requirements, protect our property and guests, and improve our services.

Payments and financial information

Direct-booking payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store complete payment-card numbers or bank-login credentials. If you choose a bank-based payment method, Stripe may collect and process financial-account information according to the permissions you provide and Stripe’s own privacy terms.

Service providers

We may use trusted service providers, including Hospitable for reservation and guest-management services and Stripe for payment processing. They may process information only as needed to provide their services, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, or as otherwise described in their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal or financial information.

When information may be disclosed

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, protect the rights and safety of guests or others, address fraud or security concerns, or complete a business transfer. We do not share linked financial-account data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or independent use.

Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for reservations, guest service, recordkeeping, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask questions about our privacy practices or withdraw a booking inquiry at any time.

Children’s privacy

Our website is intended for adults arranging accommodations. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
